#1 Size needed

#2 Color preference for Shirt 

#3 Short or Long Sleeve

#4 Color preference for design

#5 Names for kids on Sleeve. Keep in mind short sleeve shirts the name will be smaller the more kids needed. Or I can put some on one sleeve and some on the other. 

If you want an over sized look size up 1-2 sizes depending on your preference. 
For these embroidered shirts I am using Comfort Colors.

This design has been professional Embroidered and heat pressed for the highest quality, and with great attention to details. Please make sure to wash inside out on delicate cycle in cold water, LAY FLAT TO DRY, do not bleach, iron inside out.
