Ohhhh my how adorable!!! I just love these fabric strip rag skirts for little girls!!! This fabric tutu skirt can be made In just about any color/theme that you want. I make my skirts on elastic waist bands, my skirts are popular for their fullness.

Sample shows pinks, jean fabric, pinks bandanna and pink tulle.

The skirt is made on an elastic band. The skirt can be washed on gentle and tumbled dry on low. Keep in mind the fabric is cut to "fray" this just gives that extra charm!
